“Neue Perspektiven” with Ute Janik: Empowering Women and Sharing Inspiring Stories
Ute Janik, renowned coach and editor with over 20 years of leadership experience at Hessischer Rundfunk, believes that every woman is a hero of her own story. In her upcoming lecture on Wednesday, March 6th, as part of Marianne Mack’s volunteer lecture series “Neue Perspektiven,” she will focus on successful women such as Marie Curie, Margarete Steiff, and Waris Dirie (“Desert Flower”) and highlight the valuable lessons we can learn from them.
“Heldinnen” or heroines may face unique challenges in comparison to their male counterparts, but Janik firmly believes that these obstacles can be overcome. Through the examples of strong women and their journeys of overcoming setbacks and struggles, she demonstrates how women can create fulfilling and successful lives.
Empowering Women and Overcoming Challenges
This lecture raises essential questions and offers valuable insights for women seeking personal growth and empowerment. Janik explores the criteria for being a “Heldin” or a strong woman, as well as how to conquer self-doubt and the need for external validation. She also delves into the importance of self-acceptance without being labeled as selfish.
“But we can overcome these challenges, and I want to share how we can do it,” says Ute Janik.
Guests can look forward to an evening filled with inspiration and a powerful woman who has found her own path. Ute Janik generously volunteers her time for this lecture, and through the donations from the audience, Marianne Mack’s charity organization, “Santa Isabel e.V. – Assistance for Children and Families,” will help alleviate suffering and bring joy to children in need.
