Online Pre-registration for Childcare Places in Kindergartens
In Oberkirch, Germany, parents can now pre-register their children for childcare places in kindergartens for the upcoming kindergarten year 2024/2025 (September 2024 to August 2025). The pre-registrations can be submitted at any of the Oberkirch kindergartens until this Saturday, January 13. Children who are already registered as waiting will automatically be included in the new planning. However, later pre-registrations will be considered on a lower priority basis.
To secure a childcare place in Oberkirch’s kindergartens, it is mandatory to register in the central pre-registration system accessible through the city’s official website. Parents who have already registered with another city can update their information and continue using the same registration. It is recommended to list multiple preferred facilities as placement in a specific kindergarten cannot be guaranteed.
It should be noted that being registered in the central pre-registration system does not guarantee a childcare place. The allocation of places will be communicated at a later date through email.
If anyone faces difficulties in digitally completing the pre-registration or requires additional information about childcare in Oberkirch, they can contact the childcare department of the city of Oberkirch at +49 7802/82242 for support.
Diverse Range of Childcare Options
In Oberkirch’s urban core and surrounding areas, there are a total of six municipal and four denominational kindergartens providing comprehensive childcare services for children aged one to six years. Information regarding individual operating hours and pedagogical guidelines can be accessed on the city’s official website at www.oberkirch.de/kindertageseinrichtungen. In case of any queries, the kindergarten management can be contacted via email.
The extensive range of services in the main kindergartens is complemented by two nature groups located in Haslach/Tiergarten and Bottenau. These nature groups offer ample outdoor play areas, heated cabins for retreat, creative outdoor workshops, and exciting exploration opportunities for young nature enthusiasts.
